SILVER LAKE — Around 4 p.m. today, Oct. 10, a head-on accident occurred on SR 15, near Kerlin Trailers in Silver Lake.

Shortly after arriving on the scene, Silver Lake Emergency responders requested extrication equipment. At least one person was transported to Parkview Warsaw.
