KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — A public meeting is scheduled at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, to provide information and take public comment on the county commissioners consideration of filing the Tippy-Chapman Regional Sewer District with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. The meeting will be held in the North Webster Community Center.

Chad Miner, county attorney, stated the meeting is being called by county officials with Ken Jones, vice president and chief financial officer, providing information on the proposed sewer district project. Also expected to be present are representatives from Umbaugh and Associates and Ice Miller, consultants hired by the county to assist in filing the petition.

Residents of Tippecanoe Lake, Big Chapman and Little Chapman lakes are encouraged to attend, along with the general public.
