MILFORD — Emergency personnel responded Thursday evening, Sept. 13, to a three-vehicle collision at the intersection of CR 1350N and SR 15, north of Milford.

According to witnesses at the scene, a driver of a silver Chrysler 200 proceeded into the intersection and was struck by a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, traveling northbound. Also involved in the crash was a Chevrolet Traverse, driven by a female driver who was stopped at intersection.

Drivers in the Chevrolet Silverado and Chrysler Traverse both declined medical treatment, but the driver of the Chrysler was checked by the EMS and transported a local hospital.
