Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:51 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, West Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Rebecca R. Hendrix, 29, North CR 600W, Etna Green. Hendrix was found unconscious in her vehicle after her vehicle collided with a parked, unoccupied vehicle in the parking lot at Owens Supermarket. Hendrix regained consciousness but was unable to remember the incident. She was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital by EMS for medical attention. Damage up to $2,500. 

11:05 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, US 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Driver: Justin T. Perry, 21, Raleigh Court, Columbia City.  Perry advised he was eastbound on US 30 approaching the intersection of CR 150W. A vehicle turned left from westbound US 30 in front of him as the light turned yellow. Perry reported that a second vehicle then turned left, from westbound US 30. Perry stated he swerved to the left, toward the median, in an attempt to avoid a crash, but the front passenger side corner of his vehicle hit the other vehicle on the passenger side rear. He stated his glasses were knocked from his face during the collision. When he retrieved his glasses just after the collision, he saw that the other vehicle was driving away, southbound on CR 150W. Damage up to $5,000.
