Pauline Hoskins, 90, Warsaw, died at 12:10 p.m. Sept. 3, 2018. She was born July 9, 2018, to LeRoy and Bessie Lozier Anderson.

She spent her entire life in Warsaw. She graduated from Warsaw High School in 1946 and Manchester College in 1950. She married Woodrow “Speck” Hoskins Aug. 7, 1949. He preceded her in death March 15, 1998. Also preceding her in death were her parents, her brother, Richard Anderson; and her cousin who was raised as her sister, Wilma Grove.

She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Warsaw. Her parents took her to church when she was two weeks old and her life was one of serving the Lord. She taught various classes and activities at the church. She also taught pre-school Sunday school for 46 years. Her love of music led her to direct the choir at the church as well. She did that for 24 years.

She is survived by her son, Timothy (Sue Ann) Hoskins, Greenfield; her daughters: Gail (Philip) Wonderly, Warsaw; and Sue (Mark) Weaver, Warsaw; eight grandchildren: John, Adam (Jennifer) Andrew (Mindy) and Ian (Beth) Hoskins; Paul (Valerie) Wonderly; Seth and Andrew Weaver; and Bronwen Weaver-Meyer; and 17 great grandchildren: Adan, Kade, Marisa, Anderson Joy, Gavin, Greyson, Quinn, Lindsey, Ashleigh, MacKenzie, Octavia, Miranda, Cadence, Ava, Matthew, Jess and Tyler. In addition she is survived by many nieces and nephews.

She loved her family. When they hurt, she hurt. When they grieved, she grieved. When they were discouraged, she encouraged.

Her visitation will he held from 9 a.m.-noon, Saturday, Sept. 9, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. The funeral service will follow in the funeral chapel at noon with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Ethel Anderson, her sister-in-law along with Steve Rahn, First Baptist Church and Jeff Pfeifer, Warsaw Community Church.
