KOSCIUSKO — The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that herbicide treatments are scheduled for various counties throughout INDOT’s Fort Wayne District, beginning Tuesday, Sept. 4, weather permitting.

Motorists may encounter slow-moving vehicles on state and federal roadways, as crews work to spray more than 4,000 acres of state right-of-way for invasive/noxious. With effective herbicide applications, INDOT can improve roadside appearance while reducing costs to taxpayers. • Adams: US 27, US 33, SR 101, SR 116, SR 124, SR 218 and US 224
• Blackford: SR 3, SR 18 and SR 26
• Fulton: SR 14, SR 19 and SR 114
• Grant: SR 5, SR 9, SR 13, SR 15, SR 18, SR 22, SR 26, US 35 and SR 37
• Huntington: SR 3, SR 5, SR 9, SR 16, SR 105, SR 124, SR 218 and US 224
• Jay: SR 1, SR 18, US 27 and SR 67
• Kosciusko: SR 13, SR 14, SR 15, SR 19 and SR 25
• Miami: SR 16, SR 18, SR 19, SR 124 and SR 218
• Noble: SR 9 and SR 109
• Wabash: SR 13, SR 15, SR 16, SR 114, SR 114, SR 124, SR 124 and SR 524

This project was awarded to The Daltons for $147,000 and is expected to be completed by early October.
