WARSAW — The Warsaw NOON Optimist Club recently donated bicycles repaired by Optimist Club Member John Skeel to Jefferson Elementary School.

The Warsaw NOON Optimist Club will conduct the 20th consecutive Bike Safety & Rodeo in May 2019. The club purchases helmets for all 3rd and 4th graders who did not receive them the previous year.
