
Samantha Marie “Sami” Hebein, 21, Roann, died at 10:45 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, from injuries resulting from an automobile accident.
She was born July 5, 1997, in Evergreen Park, Ill. to Kenneth Joseph Hebein and April Renee Housman.
Sami was a chef at Manchester University. She enjoyed listening to music, painting, drawing flowers, and also enjoyed children and helping people.
She is survived by her mother, April Renee Housman, Roann; brothers and sisters, Marty Hebein, Kenny Hebein, Christopher Miller, Grayson Hebein, Sandy (Larry) Housman, Candice Blackwood, Gino Housman, Sabrina (Kenneth) Hopman and James Santoro; grandparents, Shirley and Dennis Cerniuk, Lawrence Housman, and Mary Ellen McMahon, many nieces and nephews, and her father figure, James Anthony Santoro. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Joseph Hebein.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31, 2018, at Grandstaff-Hentgen Roann Chapel, 335 S. Chippewa Road, Roann, with Larry Hall officiating. Burial will be in Roann Community Cemetery. Friends may call 3-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
