Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:

10:38 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 700 block East Lake View Road, Syracuse. Samantha M. Taylor reported the theft of a purse. Value: $100.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

10:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 100 block East CR 900N and North Old SR 15, Leesburg. Officers completed a traffic stop that resulted in the driver resisting law enforcement through the use of a vehicle and fleeing.
6:20 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 3900 block West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Officers with the Warsaw Police Department assisted with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
4:48 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2500 block Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of invasion of privacy.
5:24 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 1900 block Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of an overdose.
