Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 2:05 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, 10800 block North Southshore Drive, Syracuse. Gerald Mann reported a hit and run vehicle accident.
• 6:09 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 200 block West Main St., Warsaw. Milford E. Stephens reported theft. Items stolen include a ring. Value: $285.
• 8:24 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19, 4400 block West CR 525S, Claypool. Officers responded to a report of battery.
• 5:59 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19, 8900 block East CR 500N, North Webster. James P. Williamson reported criminal mischief to a vehicle.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 11:43 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2100 block Brookview Drive, Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person/incident.
• 5:36 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 1500 block East Winona Ave., Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of an overdose.
• 4:34 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 3600 block Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Big R, Tractor Supply Company, and Walgreens Pharmacy reported theft. Value: $111.70.
• 3:03 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 800 block East Center St., Warsaw. Freedom Oil reported counterfeit money used at the business.
