Kevin L. Hobbs, 53, North Webster passed away Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, as a result of an automobile accident.

He was born Jan. 1, 1965, in Linton, to Ronald E. and Ella Mae (Hall) Hobbs. He married Connie L. Shepherd April 15, 1989. She preceded him Nov. 14, 2016.

He is survived by his children, Ashley Hobbs, Claypool; Kyle Hobbs, Claypool; Amber Ybarra, Warsaw; Kaleb Hobbs, Claypool; and eleven grandchildren: Payton, Danny Mae, Carson, Adreona, Noe Jr., Kabriel, Amber Noel, Vetta, Lettie, Kaydence and Paisley Ann. Also surviving are five siblings: Penny Short, Ronald (wife Sondra) Hobbs, Carolyn (husband Dave) Stockman, Melinda (husband Randy) Martinez, Don (Christy) Hobbs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one brother Robert Hobbs and a sister in law Deb Hobbs.

According to his wishes, cremation will take place. No services are planned.
