Kosciusko

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

5:31 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3, East CR 1300N and North CR 300E, Syracuse. Drivers: Justin Samons, 39, Fourth Street, Lima Ohio; and Dorinda Brito, 22, CR 1300N, Milford. Simons stopped at a stop sign but did not see Brito’s vehicle approaching from the east. Samon’s vehicle struck Brito’s vehicle in the intersection. Damages up to $5,000. 

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:34 p.m. Friday, Aug. 3, North Detroit Street and Petro Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Austin Urschel, 26, CR 200E, Wabash; and Melody Luecke, 55, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw. Urschel’s vehicle rear-ended Luecke’s vehicle at the intersection. Damages up to $5,000.
