WARSAW — U.S. Rep. Jim Banks announced this week he would be speaking to the Warsaw Rotary Club on Friday, Aug. 3.

The Columbia City native congressman will address the club from noon to 1 p.m. at the Shrine Building, 1400 E. Smith St., Warsaw.

Banks is a U.S. Navy veteran and served on the Whitley County Council before serving in the Indiana State Senate.

In 2017, he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives where he is a member of the House Armed Services; Veterans Affairs; and Education and the Workforce committees.
