MILFORD — Readers in Milford may be without power as NIPSCO is reporting a wide-spread power outage in the area.

According to the NIPSCO power outage map, 1,002 customers are currently affected. The website states that crews are aware of the outage and on-scene.

Warsaw is also experiencing a power outage to 754 customers.

No exact cause for the outage has been released yet.
