NORTH WEBSTER — The board of directors of the North Webster Community Center selected Scott Hetrick as the executive director, effective July 1. He succeeds Erin Smith who recently resigned after five years of service.

Hetrick is a graduate of University of Missouri, and brings many years of experience in event management, administration, marketing and a commitment to overseeing meaningful activities at NWCC.

The NWCC board recently hosted many area community organizations for a discussion about improving collaboration and services, and many of those ideas will help guide Hetrick and the board in the coming weeks.

Kassy Klinefelter continues in her position as accounting manager. Additionally, new staff members of NWCC are Jim Ault, building and facilities manager and Gene Denz, building attendant.
