Kosciusko

Officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

1:36 p.m. Monday, July 9, East Armstrong Road and North CR 450E, Leesburg. Driver: Isabelle S. Robinson, 17, West Hill Street, Wabash. Robinson told police she was driving her vehicle westbound on Armstrong Road, approaching CR 450E. She told police she intended to turn north onto CR 450E, but that she was traveling too fast, causing her vehicle to leave the roadway and strike a stop stop sign and several yard signs. Damage up to $5,000.

North Webster

Officers from the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

1:26 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, EMS T11 Lane, North Webster. Driver: Brian L. Bradley, 37, North Midlake Drive, North Webster. Bradley told police he was driving his vehicle west on CR 500N when a deer entered the roadway. He was unable to avoid hitting the deer. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

8:17 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, US 30, west of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Bryson S. Seitner, 19, 17th Road, Bourbon; Vanra Phat, 60, West CR 50N, Wabash. Seitner told police he was driving his vehicle eastbound on US 30 and did not realize that Phat’s vehicle was slowing in traffic. He stated he was unable to stop his vehicle in time to avoid a rear-end collision with Phat’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.

11:59 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, North Detroit Street, south of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Madison R. Howard, 18, Dot Street, Warsaw; Hannah M. Adams, 23, West New Garden Road, Williamsburg. Howard told police she was driving her vehicle northbound on Detroit Street and was following Adams’ vehicle. She said when Adams began stopping in traffic, she was unable to stop her vehicle in time to avoid a rear-end collision. Damage up to $5,000.
