Misty Dawn Walter, 30, Bremen, passed away on June 30, 2018, in the University of Chicago Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.

Misty Walter was born on April 25, 1988, in Corydon to Steve Kilburn and Lisa Leffler.

On April 20, 2013, she married Jeremy Walter, who still survives, along with four children, Chloe Walter, Christian Stanley, Jordan Walter, and Tiffane (Connor) Hunter, and one grandchild, Emery Griffen.

Also surviving are her father, Steve Kilburn; mother, Lisa (Charles) Hester; mother and father in law, Paul (Patty) Walter and four siblings, Jessy Kilburn, Sheldon Kilburn, Gabby Kilburn, and Samantha Savage.

Misty Walter worked for many years at T.I. Automotive in Ligonier. She was a huge Star Wars and Harry Potter fan. Her hobbies included riding motorcycles and attending bike rally’s and playing Pokémon Go.

Per her wishes, cremation is taking place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
