KOSCIUSKO — In observance of Independence Day, the offices of the city of Warsaw will be closed Wednesday, July 4.  Wednesday’s trash and recycling routes will be serviced Thursday, July 5. All other routes will remain the same.

The town of Winona Lake offices will also be closed on Wednesday, July 4. Trash pick-up for Tuesday, July 3, will be held regularly on July 3, and Thursday, July 5, pick-up will be moved to Friday, July 6.
