Hazel Renae Hettinger, stillborn, Warsaw, passed away at 10:40 a.m., Monday, June 25, 2018, in Kosciusko Community Hospital.  She was born on June 25, 2018 to Robi Hatcher and Johnathan Hettinger.

She is survived by her parents; Robi Hatcher and Johnathan Hettinger; maternal grandparents: James and Michelle (Hatcher) Adkison, and Robert and Brandy Combs; paternal grandmother; Heather Rosenquist (and companion Ron Hensley). She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather; David Hettinger.

A private graveside service will be held in the Garden of Angels at Oakwood Cemetery. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is trusted with the arrangements.
