WARSAW — Earlier this month, Freedom Oil presented Warsaw Christian School with a check for $2,101. The campaign was part of the CITGO Spirit Pump Initiative, which raised more than $65,000 last year for local schools, charities and community service programs. CITGO locations install specially wrapped and branded fuel pumps and a percentage of the sales generated by these “spirit pumps” is donated to a local organization. CITGO then provides an additional monetary match.

This is the largest amount that Freedom Oil has ever raised through spirit pumps. The school will use the money to develop its technology lab.

Freedom Oil currently has a spirit pump campaign running to benefit Magical Meadows, a therapeutic horseback riding facility.
