Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:13 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, SR 15, near Fourth Street. Drivers: Betty Witman, 88, Lime Street, Bonita Springs, Fla.; and Kaci M. Smith, 28, Blackstone Boulevard, Nappanee. Witman was traveling east on Fourth Street when she pulled into the path of northbound traffic, causing Smith’s vehicle to hit Witman’s. Damage up to $2,500.

2:44 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, North SR 15, near West First Street. Drivers: Jeanne M. Scott, 42, East Pine Drive, Warsaw; and William T. Hite, 79, Park Street, Ligonier. Both vehicles were traveling northbound when Hite stopped for traffic. Scott’s vehicle rear-ended Hite’s. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:30 a.m. Monday, June 18, Anchorage Road, east of Sunset Drive. Drivers: unknown; Scott M. Bradley, 35, South Washington Street, Pierceton; and Janelle N. Overmyer, 38, North Cheyenne Drive, Warsaw. A female driver fled the scene. Bradley’s vehicle was stopped behind Overmyer’s to make a left turn when his vehicle was struck from behind by an unknown driver, causing him to rear-end Overmyer’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
