BOURBON — A fake $10 bill found in a parking lot has been turned over to Bourbon Police Department.

A manager of the Freedom Express, West Center Street, Bourbon, turned in the fake currency she located in the parking lot of the business. Police were notified at 7:05 a.m. today, Wednesday, June 13.

Police report the bill clearly states “prop” in three different places and also states the bill is not legal tender.
