Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

2:46 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, North SR 15, south of West Fourth Street. Drivers: Autumn B. Hollar, 22, West CR 900N, Milford; and Juan C. Lopez, 20, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Both vehicles were southbound when Lopez’s vehicle rear-ended Hollar’s. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

6:38 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, North Lake Street, near West Fort Wayne Street. Driver: Jesus Ribera, 55, West Perry Street, Warsaw. Ribera was traveling north on Lake Street when he lost consciousness, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and strike a road sign. His vehicle continued to travel north, driving through the landscaping at 316 North Lake St. at Van Wormer Family Dentistry. The business sign and landscaping was damaged. Ribera’s vehicle then struck an AC unit and the base of a chimney at 318 North Lake St. Ribera was transported to KCH, telling officers that he believed he had a seizure. Ribera complained of back pain. Damage up to $25,000.

3:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, 365 West Market St. Driver: Adam M. Hyde, 36, East Section Street, Claypool. Hyde was backing out of his parking space when he struck a parked, occupied vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
