Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 4:01 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Evelyn Chavez reported a hit and run accident.
• 11:30 a.m. Sunday, June 10, 2400 block of US 30, Warsaw. Wera Shepherd reported a hit and run accident.
