North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accidents:
8:50 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, West Crystal Flash Road, east of North Blaine Street. Drivers: Cody M. Hollis, 27, C Lane 2D, Elkhart; and Johnny L. Feldman, 16, East Legacy Lane, Winona Lake. Hollis was driving west on Crystal Flash Road when Feldman’s vehicle crossed the center line and struck Hollis’ vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
6:22 p.m. Sunday, June 10, North SR 13, near East Backwater Road. Drivers: Jonathan C. Craft, 16, East CR 500S, Warsaw; and Joseph A. Robinson, 18, North Pleasant Trace, Syracuse. Craft was driving south on SR 13 when he noticed Robinson’s vehicle already stopped in front of him. Craft tried to drive around Robinson’s vehicle, but he rear-ended him. Craft sustained a knee injury on his right knee from a passenger side airbag being deployed. Robinson complained of a sore neck. Damage up to $10,000.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:
2:49 p.m. Monday, June 11, 600 South Huntington St. Driver: Robert C. Jones, 58, East Haiden Drive 37, Syracuse. Jones was parked in a parking spot when he struck a parked vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
2:46 p.m. Monday, June 11, South Scott Street, near East Winona Avenue. Drivers: Janice L. Engelberth, 79, North Johnson Street, Warsaw; and Tammy L. Fingerle, 60, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Engelberth was backing from a private drive when she backed into Fingerle’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
9:50 a.m. Monday, June 11, 310 East Market St. Driver: Harry L. Eads, 67, West 10th Street, Mishawaka. Eads was traveling through a parking lot when he struck a parked and unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
