KOSCIUSKO — A Parker City man was arrested after stealing a trailer.

Matthew D. Robinson, 11820 E. Jackson St., Parker City, is being charged with auto theft, a level 6 felony.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Oct. 25, 2017, officers responded to a trailer theft at 3G Concepts LLC. An individual there reported that the company’s black 20 foot Nomanco gooseneck trailer was missing.

On Dec. 22, 2017, an Ohio detective reported that he discovered Robinson was in possession of the stolen trailer. He confirmed the trailer was parked at Robinson’s residence in Parker City.

Robinson stated he purchased the trailer from a male subject. However, the subject said that he did not sell it to him and never had the trailer in his possession.

Robinson was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on May 29, with a $10,250 surety and cash bond.
