WARSAW —  Several local organizations are partnering with a Warsaw-based nonprofit organization, Raise the Dough, on Friday, June 1, National Doughnut Day, to raise funds for families in the process of adopting a child.

One Ten Craft Meatery, Rua, Light Rail Café and Roaster, American Espresso and other area businesses are participating in the fifth annual Raise the Dough fundraiser, which donates all proceeds towards helping sponsored families realize the blessing of adopting a child. 

This family-friendly event is taking place from 7:30 to 10:30 am June 1, at Silveus Insurance Group, 1037 Mariners Drive, Warsaw. While on location, participants can enjoy a special doughnut prepared by area restaurants, drink a cup of American Espresso or Light Rail coffee and buy unique Raise the Dough swag.
