Kosciusko
Officers from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 1:47 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 8000 block of North SR 13, Syracuse. John Hoover reported stolen weed killer.
- 1:42 a.m. Tuesday, May 29. 3700 block of South County Farm Road, Warsaw. Officers assisted a subject with Alzheimer’s who had wandered away from her home and was lost.
- 6:01 p.m. Sunday, May 27, 1200 block of East CR 350 N, Warsaw. Jacob Ponko reported a burglary.
- 6 p.m. Sunday, May 27, 5100 block of East Bayview Drive, Syracuse. Officers responded to an out-of-control 30 year-old male breaking items in his mother’s residence.
- 9:41 p.m. Friday, May 25, 9400 block of SR 19, Etna Green. Officers responded to a fight in progress.
- 3:49 p.m. Friday, May 25, 6900 block of North Hoss Hill Road, North Webster. James Cramsie reported that someone entered his home and stole various items.
Syracuse
Officers from the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 5:21 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 300 block of East Maple Grove, Syracuse. Battery of law enforcement, disorderly conduct-fight and resisting law enforcement occurred.
- 4:48 p.m. Friday, May 25, 300 block of East Palm Drive Syracuse. Gerald Coy reported a car battery stolen from his vehicle.
Warsaw
Officers from the WarsawPolice Department investigated the following incidents:
- 9:10 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. A Stihl model 661c chainsaw was found.
- 2:50 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, 1100 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. Officers took an intimidation report.
Winona Lake
Officers from the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 9:33 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 100 block of EMS C30 Lane, Warsaw. Juveniles were apprehended for the theft of a golf cart and resisted law enforcement with a vehicle.
