KOSCIUSKO — In observance of Memorial Day, offices for the city of Warsaw will be closed Monday, May 28. Monday’s trash route will be serviced Tuesday, May 29. 

The town of Winona Lake offices will also be closed on Monday, May 28.  Trash pick-up for Tuesday, May 29, and Thursday, May 31, will be moved to Wednesday, May 30, and Friday, June 1.
