WARSAW — At approximately 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, emergency personnel responded to a report of a child hit by a vehicle.

The accident occurred near 488 Clinic Court, Warsaw. A 5-year-old was hit by a vehicle. He was conscious at the time of the accident, sustaining a head injury.

The child was transported by Lutheran EMS to Kosciusko Community Hospital.

Warsaw Police Department was assisted on scene by Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory.
