Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 5:36 p.m. Monday, May 7, 100 block of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Theft of an iPhone is being investigated.  
• 4:17 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Nathan LeCount reported theft of medication from his vehicle. 
• 3:25 p.m. Monday, May 7, 1000 block of Polk Drive, Warsaw. Criminal mischief was reported at Winona PVD. 
• 4:56 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 500 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Monica M. Conde reported failure to stop after an accident.
