President Trump To Hold Rally In South Bend
SOUTH BEND – President Trump’s campaign announced Thursday afternoon that the president will appear at a rally at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 10 at South Bend International Airport.
The rally is intended to tout the tax bill passed by Congress and signed by Trump, and to encourage voters to support Republican candidates in the November midterm elections.
The event will mark the ninth rally Trump has held in Indiana and the second in South Bend since he began his campaign in June 2015, according to a written release. Trump previously spoke at Century Center in South Bend on May 2, 2016 just ahead of the primary in which he defeated Ted Cruz and John Kasich.
