INDIANA— A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared, as the Mishawaka Police Department are investigating the disappearance of an adult male.

Mishawaka is 142 miles north of Indianapolis.

Richard J. Lubelski is an 84-year-old white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen at noon on Thursday, April 26, in Mishawaka. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
