INDIANA — A Statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a LaPorte woman.

The LaPorte County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the disappearance of MaryAnn Elizabeth Llewellyn. LaPorte is 155 miles north of Indianapolis.

Llewellyn is a 50-year-old white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 98 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen at 9 a.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2018, in LaPorte. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.

She was last seen driving a tan 2009 Honda Odyssey minivan with Indiana plate SYS710.
