SYRACUSE — Emergency personnel from Syracuse and North Webster are responding to a boat overturned in Shock Lake, located in the Tri-County Fish and Wildlife Area.

The boat operator was thrown out of the boat and was in the water yelling for help. A boat from one of the responding departments was in route.
