KOSCIUSKO — Peggy Biltz, Pierceton, has been appointed the Indiana County Genealogist for Kosciusko County. 

Peggy has volunteered at the Kosciusko County Historical Society Library since 2013. She has assisted with the county obituary project and the “School of Kosciusko County” history book, published in 2016.
