WARSAW – High jump standout Lexie Day has etched her name on the record boards for Warsaw Track & Field, and she made her collegiate choice official putting her name on a Letter of Intent to attend Hillsdale College.

Day’s versatility and athleticism has been demonstrated both inside the track and inside the gym on the Warsaw volleyball court.  The senior standout jumped her way onto the record board for coach Megan Davis and the Tigers in her junior season, earning the Northern Lakes Conference High Jump title in back to back years.   In volleyball, Day has earned three varsity letters and was named to the All-Northern Lakes Conference team this past season.

A WCHS Scholar Athlete with an impressive 11.7 GPA on a 12-point scale, Day is a member of the National Honor Society and has helped in the community through a number of service opportunities with her teams as well as through NHS.

Day intends to major in accounting and participate for the Hillsdale Track & Field program and head coach Andrew Towne.  The Chargers are members of the NCAA and the Great Midwest Athletic Conference.
