Sadie Lynn Hoffert, 44, Pierceton, passed away at 5:26 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2018, at the Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She was born on Aug. 24, 1973, in Three Rivers, Mich. to Gary L. and Cheryl L. (Milliman) Haskins.

She grew up in Constantine, Mich., graduated in 1993 from Constantine High School, and moved to Pierceton from Elkhart in 2005. She was married on March 31, 2007, in Constantine, Mich. to Matthew J. “Matt” Hoffert who survives and employed at Subway Pak-A-Sak in Pierceton for four years. She was previously employed at Owens Supermarket in Warsaw for four years and Wal-Mart in Warsaw and Elkhart.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Constantine, Mich.

She is survived by her husband, Matt Hoffert, Pierceton; her parents; a sister, Jennifer (Marty) Miller, Allendale, Mich.; brother, Robert “Bob” (Shannon) Haskins, Jones, Mich.; maternal grandmother, Helen (Jack) Goes, Constantine, Mich.; nephews: Alexander, Logan, Jackson and Joseph.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Robert Milliman, Harold and Celia Haskins.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday, April 13, at Owen Family Funeral Home, SR 13 and CR 500 N, North Webster. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N SR 15, Warsaw. A private family burial will be in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery at a later date.
