WARSAW — The city of Warsaw Board of Works will conduct a special session at 10:15 a.m. Thursday March 29, in the Council Chambers at City Hall located at 102 S. Buffalo St.

The purpose of the meeting will be for approval of payment for a temporary right of way along East Market Street.
