WARSAW — Recently, fourth, fifth and sixth-grade students at Jefferson Elementary School had the opportunity to participate in an Olympic-themed, STEM challenge that required them to build a bobsled that would complete a racecourse in the shortest amount of time.

This challenge allowed them to ask questions, make observations and gather information about a situation and define a simple problem that could be solved through the development of a bobsled.
