SYRACUSE – Weather has again canceled the start of the Wawasee track season.

The combined boys and girls track meet at Wawasee against Columbia City has been called off and will not be made up.

As of now, Wawasee’s next chance to begin the outdoor season will be Thursday at Westview, also a combined boys and girls meet. Predicted highs for Thursday are around 42 in Topeka, so stay tuned. Wawasee’s next meet would be March 29 at West Noble.
