MENTONE — The Bell Memorial Public Library has announced events for March:

• Story hour is scheduled for every Wednesday at 3 p.m. and every Friday at 10 a.m. During story hour, children listen to a story, sing songs and make a craft.
• Family movie day begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 10 and features the movie “Hedgehogs.” Popcorn and a beverage will be provided.
• Lego club also meets at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 10.
• Movie Monday begins at 1 p.m. March 12.  The film “Victoria & Abdul” will be the feature during this event and popcorn and beverages are provided.
• For those interested in crafts, Creative Corner will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 22. Participants will be making an umbrella wreath. Cost is $5 and will be limited to 20 participants. Registration is required and the class is open to adults only.
• The library’s Euchre club will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, March 26.
• The library’s board will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 26. Meetings are open to the public.

A number of Book Buddies kits are available for check out. These kits contain storybooks, as well as toys and are a great way to get the kids involved and interested in reading.
