
Diane Gikas, 67, Warsaw, passed away at 6:40 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born Sept. 1, 1950 in Martin, Tenn. to Wilber Forrest and Alice Ruth (Dilday) Felty.
She worked most of her life as a waitress and was married on March 17, 1982 in Chicago, Ill. to Antonio Gikas who preceded her on Dec. 30, 2012.
She is survived by four daughters: Pam Gardner, Warsaw; Barbara Breeden, Waverly, Tenn.; Alice Bradley, Waverly, Tenn.; Christina Kinkade, Mishawaka; son, John (Marisa) Gikas, San Antonio, Texas; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, Lee (Maureen) Winters, Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Phil Hernandez; two brothers: Stanley Winters and Michael Winters; and two sisters: Joyce Weintraub and Jessie Ruth Brazzel.
No public services are planned at this time. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
