MISHAWAKA – The NorthWood Middle School 8th grade girls basketball team dropped a 48-24 final at Discovery Tuesday evening.

Cybil Stillson led the way for the Panthers with eight points.

Kira Gongwer scored five points and Alana Lehman had four for NorthWood, now 9-5 on the season.

The NorthWood 7th grade team beat Discovery 29-17.

Macy Lengacher led the way with nine points to go with three rebounds and three steals.

Makyla Bonee and Carly Mast each had six points and Bonee had 10 rebounds. Caitlyn Glick had four points and four rebounds, while Caitlin Knepp and Gracelyn Harner each had two points.

The NorthWood 7th grade is now 8-4.
