• 10:09 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, 9000 block South SR15 and West CR 900S, Silver Lake. Police pulled over Christopher Allen Toliver for driving while suspended prior.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 10:08 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, 900 block Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Police responded to a report of criminal mischief and stalking.
• 9:38 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2100 block East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Michael E. Gamble reported the theft of a firearm. Value: $270.
• 12:22 p.m. Monday, Feb. 26, 2200 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Police responded to a report of theft at Owens Supermarket. This is still under investigation. Value: $405.93.
