WARSAW — The Ivy Tech Community College Warsaw Site is offering a customer service course, part of its business administration program, during the second eight weeks of the spring 2018 semester. The class, which begins the week of March 19, is a way for students and guest students—those not working toward a degree or credential—to skill-up at work.

The class meets weekly and is part face-to-face and part online. The information is applicable across nearly all careers and industries and is helpful for new and veteran employees.

Class will meet from 6 to 8:45 p.m. Tuesdays from March 20 through May 12.
