Cesare Vitale, 73, Warsaw, passed away at 9:37 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

He was born Aug. 22, 1944, to Frank and Theresa (Altimare) Vitale in Chicago, Ill.

He was a driver for Elisabeth Ludeman Center in Park Forest, Ill. for 12 years.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw.

Mr. Vitale is survived by his daughter, Tracy (Rick) Speigle, Warsaw; a son, Tony Vitale, Arlington Heights, Ill.; two sisters: Florence Vitale, Carpentersville, Ill.; and Antoinette (Tom) Rottman, Hoffman Estates, Ill.; three grandchildren: Justin (Cheyeanna) Hanson, Quantico, Calif.; Megan (Andrew) Carroll, Brownsburg; and Nels Hanson of Carlsbad, Calif.; two great grandchildren: Sloan Francis Hanson and Adeline Margaret Carroll. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 26, with a Rosary at 7:30 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.

A funeral service of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel Warsaw, with Father Matthias Alonyeno officiating.

Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
