PLYMOUTH – Jadyn Gessinger turned in an outstanding pair of performances Saturday to lead the NorthWood Middle School 8th grade girls basketball B team in the Plymouth Tournament.

Gessinger scored 45 points as NorthWood lost to Plymouth 27-26 and then defeated Ben Franklin 46-26.

Gessinger also totaled 21 rebounds to go with 14 steals and a blocked shot in the pair of games.

Morgan Jenkins had eight points, seven rebounds and nine steals in the two contests. Savannah Lane added eight points, five rebounds and four steals.

The Panthers are 3-1 on the season.
