INDIANAPOLIS  – USA Gymnastics confirmed Wednesday morning all of the members of their board of directors have resigned.

The U.S. Olympic Committee called on the organization to wipe the slate clean and start over with a new board, and threatened to de-certify USA Gymnastics if every director didn’t resign in the wake of the Larry Nassar scandal.

“USA Gymnastics thanks the Board members for their service. We are grateful for the time and effort each has devoted to USA Gymnastics,” the organization tweeted. “We are in the process of moving forward with forming an interim Board of Directors during the month of February.”
