Janice Carolyn Mollette, 69, Rochester, passed away at 5:57 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at her residence.

She was born on Aug. 7, 1948, in Paintsville, Ky., the daughter of Thomas Clayton and Dora (Blevins) Mollette.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and spending time with family.

Survivors include her daughter, Dorie and husband Danny See, Rochester; grandchildren: Christopher Griese, Athens,; Shawn Good, Arkansas; Latisha Jeffers, Athens; Loretta See, Stanton, Ky.; Cheyenne See, Rochester; and Elizibeth See, Rochester; several great grandchildren; brothers: John Mollette and Roger Mollette, both of Paintsville, Ky.; Thomas and wife Lynette Mollette, Mentone; sisters: Marleen and husband Marvin Bucks, Paintsville, Ky.; and Sharon Loveless, Rochester. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Mollette.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 2, at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester with Chaplain Jason See officiating.
